i just wanted to draw all your attention to a good thing on the radio here.

these are the breaks

every friday, noon till 2pm (PST) on CITR. it's my favourite hip-hop/r & b/soul show in Vancouver.

you can listen live to CITR, and i just found out that all the shows are posted and archived on the Beatstreet blog.

Can't stop, won't stop. These are the Breaks is my favorite show on CiTR, possibly ever.

If I could come back as a different person, I would know how to breakdance and also dj all scritchity-scratchity.
