Ok, so we all know what we *should* be eating to save both the oceans and ourselves (allegedly)...
What is the worst possible 'legit' food that we can eat to do the exact opposite. I mean what food will cause damage. Exclude the really hot peppers, cause those are obvious.
By legit, I mean everyday off the shelf food an average person can either purchase and prepare, or have prepared for them. Not like "eat shark skin and dung beetles and porcupine quills".
